Gestalt therapy aims to enhance well-being by increasing self-awareness and improving relationships. When individuals struggle with depression or anxiety, it often indicates that their previous coping mechanisms are ineffective. As a therapist, I assist clients in discovering new ways of being that foster personal growth and vitality.
By fostering a genuine and supportive relationship, I help clients explore new ways of being and connecting, allowing them to release anxious and depressive patterns.
Integrating conflicting parts of ourselves unlocks transformative possibilities, often surprising individuals with what they discover and the new opportunities in their lives.
Many individuals enter therapy feeling inadequate due to societal expectations and biases that suggest there's something wrong with them. Ironically, true change occurs when they embrace their authentic selves and differentiate between internal and external messages.
